CROSSING THE CHASM FROM HARDWARE TO CLOUD

For two years, I worked with Oracle UK&I's head of internal comms on a programme of speechwriting for senior executives, and supporting comms.

It was a time of enormous transformation for the company and its people, as they crossed the chasm to a cloud-based business model.

​

We communicated the vision for the company's new direction to the workforce and inspired middle management to drive change, through keynote speeches for country leadership, and blogs or case studies celebrating early adopters and star performers.
