... and six-degrees-of-separation link between industrial stapling
and the Higgs boson particle.
The first thing I ever wrote professionally was a press release about an industrial stapler. The next thing I did was spend 15 years putting as much distance as possible between me and that stapler, by working with huge brands such as Intel, IBM, Oracle, HPE, Autodesk, Capgemini, Ricoh and TIBCO.
Along the way, design thinking showed me the power of empathy-driven creativity and convinced me that successful B2B content prioritises people over products – and I also wrote a blog about the Large Hadron Collider's supercomputers, which is where the Higgs boson particle comes in.
